Behind The Brand
For more than 20 years, DJ Lady Shay has been creating unforgettable experiences through music, proving that the perfect soundtrack can bring people together, create lasting memories, and transform every celebration. A native of Gary, Indiana, her passion for music was inspired by her family's gospel roots and the legendary sounds of The Jackson 5. Over time, that passion evolved into a love for every genre, from Phil Collins to 2Pac, giving her the versatility to connect with audiences of every generation.
A proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., DJ Lady Shay's commitment to service, excellence, and community is reflected both on and off the turntables. While attending Purdue University as a student-athlete, what began as creating mixtapes for friends quickly evolved into a passion that would become a thriving career built on professionalism, creativity, and an unmatched ability to read every crowd.
Since co-founding 2Sha Event Services in 2006, she has become one of Indiana's premier event DJs, providing exceptional entertainment for weddings, corporate events, festivals, galas, nonprofit fundraisers, Greek organizations, and private celebrations.
